Are getting married

Dear friends
and family,

As we get ready to say I do, we find ourselves grateful for the people who got us here. Your support has meant more than we have managed to say, and we would be honoured to have you with us as we begin.

Our Story

They met on a wet Tuesday in a bookshop off Lamb's Conduit Street, both reaching for the same badly shelved atlas. Neither bought it. What followed was four years of long walks, worse weather, a flat with a broken boiler and a dog neither of them planned on. Now they are ready to make a promise in front of the people who watched all of it happen, and they would very much like you to be one of them.

Questions

When should I arrive?

Doors open at four and the ceremony begins at half past. Please arrive early enough to find your seat, since the room is closed once we start.

What should I wear?

Black tie, or as near as you like. The palette above is a guide rather than a rule, and November in London is colder than the photographs suggest, so bring a layer.

Is parking available?

There is no parking at the house. Chancery Lane and Russell Square are both a few minutes on foot, and taxis reach the door on Bedford Row.

Can I bring someone?

If your invitation names two people, please do, and give us their name in the reply form so the seating plan is right on the night.
