Build your wedding website

Describe your day. Vows does the rest.

What it does

The site, the address and the replies, all of it out of one conversation.

  • You describe it. Vows builds it.

Describe your day in plain language and watch the pages appear.

  • An address that is yours

Choose a name on vows.day. It is live the moment you publish.

  • RSVPs that keep count

A running headcount, questions of your own, and every answer in a list you can export.

How it works

Three steps, one conversation. Nothing to pay until you publish.

Start building
  1. Describe your day

Where and when you are marrying, who is coming, how you met. Write it the way you would explain it to a friend.

  2. Watch it take shape

Vows writes the whole site while you watch: your story, the schedule, travel notes, gallery and RSVP form. Nobody else can see it yet, and nothing has been paid for.

  3. Publish and leave it running

Go live at your own address in a single press. That press is the one payment. We handle the hosting and the speed, and every later change goes out the moment you ask for it.

Pricing

One payment, never a subscription. The site is the same either way, so the only thing to choose is how long it stays online.

Nobody is selling anything to your guests

No registry to push, no vendor advertising, no tracking of the people you invited. The page is yours and your guests are your guests.

Written from your words

You describe the day the way you would tell a friend. Vows lays it out and writes it the way you said it, and you change any of it by asking.

Contact us
What am I paying for, and when?

Describing your wedding, choosing a design, answering the questions and having the whole site built all cost nothing, and you can read it and change it for as long as you like. The payment comes at the point you publish it, so your guests can open it, and it is the only one.

Do I need to know anything about building websites?

No. If you can describe your wedding to a friend, you can build the site. There is no editor to learn, no template to take apart and nothing to drag into position. You describe what you want, Vows builds it, and you tell it what to change.

How long does the site stay online?

One year keeps the site up for a year from the day you publish it. Forever keeps it up indefinitely. In both cases the site will not quietly disappear a month after the wedding, and we will give you plenty of notice before anything changes.

Can I change things after it is published?

As often as you like. Reopen the conversation and describe what has changed, whether that is a new venue, a revised start time or twenty more guests, and the site updates. Once it is published a change goes out to your guests as soon as it is made, and asking for one to be put back is the same conversation: say which, and it is undone.

What happens to our guests’ RSVP data?

It belongs to you. Guest names, meal choices and notes are yours to export at any time. We do not sell them and we do not use them for advertising, and you can delete all of it in one step once the wedding is over.
